She monitors and oversees all of our properties and handles all inspections for both our long-term and seasonal rentals. Sandra is in charge of finding and screening tenants for the long-term rentals. She is a licensed Realtor and Property Manager who has access to the multiple listing service (MLS), where she can advertise your long-term rentals.

Seasonal Rental Reservationist: Nicole Stein
If you are looking for a vacation rental in The Villages, Nicole is your girl! If you are actively a homeowner in our management program and you have questions about the property's leasing status, contact Nicole! Nicole is in charge of securing tenants for the seasonal/vacation rentals. She handles all tenant service requests and coordinates vendor entry into the rental property. Additionally, she is in charge of listing your seasonal home on our website and directing future prospects to find the perfect match for their criteria.

If you are an owner or a tenant with money related questions, contact Nicole! She is in charge of receiving all tenant's monies and disbursing owner draws at the beginning of each month. She handles all finances in both of our office locations.
